Dr. Aruna believes that normal vaginal delivery best way of delivering a child. Normal vaginal deliveries are healthier for the mother and baby and involves faster recovery. Having delivered almost ten thousand babies, Dr. Aruna holds expertise in vaginal deliveries.
On the other hand, C-Section or Caesarean deliveries are totally safe. Many women pre-plan to go for C-Section because of various reasons including the maternal age, risks involved, less pain, baby size, and other complications like hypertension and diabetes. Dr. Aruna has performed many successful C-Section deliveries but personally refers and prefers normal vaginal delivery. She even holds rich experience in Vaginal Birth after Caesarean Section.
