Later she gained experience by working with other high-profile hospitals like Batra Hospital, New Delhi and Paras Hospital, Gurugram. Her rich experience as a gynaecologist and an endoscopic surgeon makes her the most recommended OBGYN of Gurugram. She is popularly known for her expertise in all types of health conditions related to a woman’s body.

She believes that self-care starts from a very early age and keeping the same thought in mind, she has conducted various workshops for preteens and teens in order to inculcate basic personal hygiene practices in young minds, to clear doubts, myths and taboos related to menstrual cycles, their irregularities and to disseminate healthy dietary tips and habits that are mandatory for a growing body. She has given various talks in corporate sector including companies like Ericson, Honda, Bank of America, Flour Daniel, Maruti, Times Internet, IBM, Prudent, etc. to bring awareness about various diseases and a healthy lifestyle.
She was the chief organiser of the ‘Would-be Daddies’ Boot Camp’- the first of its kind of initiative that aimed at preparing the would-be fathers to cope up with the new little responsibility with ease. In order to address the motherhood issues, Dr. Aruna organized a special session for the new mothers. Being an excellent counsellor, she shared important inputs on Postpartum Depression, diet, yoga and grooming tips for the mothers and the mothers-to-be.
Dr. Aruna runs a special WhatsApp group named ‘Mums’ Support Group’ for the working women and mothers to deal with the day-to-day problems relating to pregnancy, delivery problems, psychological problems, baby issues, etc. Since years she has always been supporting women and couples and helping them cope up with the various health challenges.
